Our Print-on-Demand Process

This is a small, author-run space. To be as sustainable and thoughtful as possible, all items in this shop are print-on-demand.

This means your item doesn't exist in a warehouse. The moment you place an order, our production partner begins creating it just for you. This allows us to offer unique designs while completely avoiding overproduction and waste.

Because of this custom, on-demand process, our policies are different from a traditional retail store. Please read them carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse," ordering the wrong size, or choosing the wrong color.

Please be sure to check the size guides provided on each product page before placing your order. 

Damages & Issues (How We Make it Right)

We will, of course, replace or refund any items that are damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If your order arrives with a flaw, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. A clear photo of the issue (showing the damage, misprint, or wrong item)

  3. A brief description of the problem

We will work with our print partner to get you a replacement sent out as quickly as possible. You do not need to mail the defective item back to us.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

However, this right does not apply to "goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized." As all our products are printed on-demand specifically for you, they are considered personalized goods and are not eligible for return under this clause.
