What is Print-on-Demand?

We create slowly on purpose.

Every item in this shop is made using print-on-demand, which means your piece doesn’t exist until you order it.
There is no warehouse.
No stacks of unsold items.
No excess inventory.

The moment your order is placed, our production partner begins crafting it just for you.

This allows us to stay aligned with what matters — thoughtful creation, sustainability, and designs that exist because they mean something, not because we’re overproducing.

Shipping Policy

Because your item is made to order, the timeline has two parts:

Fulfillment (Creation)
Typically 5–10 business days. This is the time it takes for your item to be printed, stitched, or bound.

Shipping
Begins after fulfillment. Shipping time depends on your location.
You’ll receive tracking information the moment your order ships.

Slower creation is intentional — it keeps us sustainable, grounded, and able to offer meaningful pieces without waste.

Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is created specifically for you:

All sales are final.

We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or personal preference.
This helps us honor the integrity of print-on-demand and prevents unnecessary waste.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will make it right.

Please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the issue

  3. A short description of what happened

We’ll work with our production partner to replace your item as quickly as possible.
